I think I think it, but don’t know how to use it!
It seems like a good product, but I was hoping it would come with a better instruction booklet for what settings I should use use for what purposes. I have no idea when to use 25% or 100%, or just red or red and infrared. What do I use for my face for wrinkles vs what do I use for immune system or muscles? It feels impossible to even find this information online! Please provide some kind of guidebook for those of us who are new to red light therapy!!

A remarkable healing tool!
I have been using the mito pro mobile red light for a little over a month now and now I can't go a day without it. I have struggled with some health issues over the years & this truly helps with so many different ailments. I've used it for - resetting my circadian rhythm, skincare healing with hormonal breakouts, cramps, muscle soreness from crossfit, headaches, stomach pain, TMJ jaw pain, my kid's sicknesses & every single time I feel instantly better after the session. It's honestly remarkable how it brings relief. It's an amazing healing tool to have & I absolutely love the mito brand! The device is powerful, easy to use, portable, great charge, comes in a nice case.. I could go on and on about it. I am so grateful for this in my daily healing regimen!!

Great light
I’m using it daily for 20 minutes and I feel great afterwards.
The only thing missing is a stand like a tripod so I can mount it facing my entire body instead of having to hold it or prop it up on a bookcase, etc.

So far so good
After discussing with an informed rep I ordered the Mito travel unit for treatment of specific areas such as foot and shoulder. Unit came quickly and extremely well packaged.
Unit is easy to use.
Even my 5 year old grandson was eager to help give me a treatment session!!! Only have had the Mito for a week. Will do a follow up review as I note improvement.
