Some hydrogen water generators may introduce unwanted byproducts such as chlorine into the water. The MitoHYDRO has tested free of chlorine. We recommend using reverse osmosis or distilled water in your MitoHYDRO.

FAQs

How was your Hydrogen bottle tested?

The MitoHYDRO was independently tested by H2 analytics, located in Henderson, Nevada. The bottle was tested in a gas chromatograph instrument, this is the most accurate way to test hydrogen levels in water.
Why is the MitoHYDRO Small?

The MitoHYDRO is purposely sized. Experts recommend drinking the hydrogen water as quickly as possible to obtain maximum benefits. The larger the bottle, the quicker the hydrogen dissipates. This bottle is a perfect size for a quick chug!
Why do my test results appear to be lower than your Lab testing?

The H2 meter testing pens are wildly inaccurate. (This is a $20-$90 device) H2 meters can only accurately work up to about 1800-2000PPB, no matter what they are advertised at. We do not recommend testing with these instruments.
Why do I only see one large bubble or no bubbles when I turn my bottle on?

If you are seeing no bubbles or only one large bubble, please make sure to remove the white plastic cap that is located at the bottom of the bottle. This is inserted during the manufacturing process with a little water to keep the membrane wet.
Why do you have a propriety charger?

The advanced magnetic charger can quickly and easily attach and charge. Furthermore, safety! Many of the other bottles on the market have a plug on their port to prevent water from entering. The magnetic charger takes this risk out of the bottle
How do I clean my bottle for everyday use?

We recommend cleaning the bottle portion (Where your mouth goes) Every week. You can do this with soap and water. Let completely dry before use and before charging.
